We’re Gavin and Brock — two guys who grew up in Baltimore and care deeply about the people who call this city home. We didn’t build PivCos as a flashy real estate brand or some faceless investment group. We built it because we’ve lived here, seen what our neighbors go through, and knew there had to be a better way to help.
Brock went to high school in Towson and studied finance at Loyola University Maryland, where he developed a strong understanding of real estate and how it can either create freedom or become a burden. Gavin’s always been the people-first type — the kind of person who listens before he speaks and genuinely cares about finding the right solution, not just any solution.
Over the years, we both saw too many Baltimore homeowners fall into tough situations — foreclosures, inherited properties, homes that had become more stress than they were worth. And even worse, we watched as those same people were left with confusing options, predatory offers, or no support at all. That never sat right with us.
So we started PivCos with a simple mission: to be the kind of help we wish more people had — honest, fast, and rooted in real care.
